1. Prep the chicken. Trim any fatty pieces from the chicken breasts. Set aside.

2. In a medium sized bowl, add oil, acid, and herbs/spices except for the oil needed for Day 2. Stir to combine.

3. Roll down the sides of the gallon-size zip top bag. Pour the marinade into the bag. Carefully add the chicken breast pieces into the bag. Press the air out of said bag and seal tightly, making sure to press the marinade around the chicken to coat.

4. Label the bag with Kitchen Information.

5. Place sealed bag in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.

6. In a large skillet heat vegetable oil over medium high heat.

7. Take the chicken breast pieces out of the marinating bag. Dispose of zip top bag and any remaining marinade.

8. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and cook flipping occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on all sides. Cook each side for 4 to 6 minutes
