Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir well to blend.
2Cut in margarine
3Add milk, stirring with a fork only until flour is moistened.
4Turn out on floured surface and knead gently for 20 seconds.
5Roll out dough to 1/2" thickness. Cut out biscuits and place on ungreased baking sheet.
6Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Recipe can be doubled.
