Cut up one cup of romaine lettuce and put into bowl.

If needed, slice cherry tomatoes and add to bowl. If they are small enough you can put them in whole.

Add carrots

Add bleu cheese. If you can find reduced fat bleu cheese this will cut the calories even more.

Add avocado

Add craisins

Drizzle dressing over the top and toss.

Sprinkle flax seeds on top for some texture and fiber.
