Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut up one cup of romaine lettuce and put into bowl.
2If needed, slice cherry tomatoes and add to bowl. If they are small enough you can put them in whole.
3Add carrots
4Add bleu cheese. If you can find reduced fat bleu cheese this will cut the calories even more.
5Add avocado
6Add craisins
7Drizzle dressing over the top and toss.
8Sprinkle flax seeds on top for some texture and fiber.
