Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray
2Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and all liquid ingredients in another.
3Gradually add dry ingredients to liquid mixture and mix with electric mixer for one minute.
4Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 mins. Allow to cool well before slicing.
