Steps
Sequence Step
1Melt butter in pan and add flour (add salt, pepper, and/or hot sauce if desired) Cook over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes
2Slowly stir in broth while whisking mixture until slightly thickened.
3Stir in milk, cheese and chicken. Cook over medium-low, stirring occasionally.
5Cook pasta and drain.
6Mix all above in baking dish and bake at 400 for 20 minutes
