Steps
Sequence Step
1Stir together Splenda, oil, pumpkin, vanilla, and eggs.
2In another bowl, stir together whey powder and flax meal, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Fold this into the pumpkin mixture. Stir just enough to moisten the dry ingredients. Fold in walnuts.
3Pour batter into greased 9" loaf pan. Bake in pre-heated 350 oven for about 1 hour or until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
