Preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium until well blended. Add bananas, all-bran, oats, sour cream, milk and eggs; mix well and let sit a few minutes to moisten the all bran and oats. Add combined dry ingredients; mix just until moistened. Stir in walnuts.

Pour into greased and floured 9X5 inch loaf pan.

Bake 1 hour 10 min or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 min; remove from pan to a wire rack. Cool completely before slicing. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
