Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cube 2lbs. of raw,boneless skinless chicken breast. Brown in pan. Layer bottom of 9 X 13 baking pan with cubed chicken.

Lightly steam 4 bunches of broccoli florets, layer broccoli over chicken breast cubes.

Combine 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup with 1 cup of Mayonnaise. Spoon over Chicken and Broccoli.

Melt 1 stick of butter.

Combine melted butter with Herb Seasoned Stuffing mix until evenly distributed. Layer on top of casserole. Cover with foil. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Uncover for last 15 minutes bake time to brown stuffing mix. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving. CAUTION! Will be very hot. ENJOY!!!
