Saute onion and garlic in non-stick skillet until tender.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.

Preheat over to 350. Bake meatloaf mixture for 45-60 minutes or until cooked through.

If preparing gravy; pour off juices from baking pan into gravy for additional flavor. Serves 6 to 8.
