| 1 | Process all ingredients to a mince except tomatoes. 1/8 to 1/4 inch pieces. Puree the tomatoes. Bring ingredients to a boil then reduce heat to let simmer for at least 1 hour.
Add your favorite seasonings to taste.
Serve with whole wheat bread. |
