Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium heat

cream, half and half; can use fat free, stirring constantly and Milk 2%

Stir in Nutmeg,Parmesan Cheese,Blue Cheese and Romano Cheese Stir constantly until melted

Mix in egg yolks.

Simmer over medium low heat for 3 to 5 minutes
