Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 3 cups grated Carrots, raw 2 cups flour unbleached 2 cups sugar 4 large eggs 0.5 teaspoons cinnamon, ground 1 dash salt 3 packages small (3 oz) cream cheese 1 cup, chopped pecans 3 sticks butter, softened Steps Sequence Step 1 Preaheat oven 350. butter 3 cake pans. Combine butter/sugar until fluffy. in seperate bowl add dry ingredients. Using 1 egg at a time alternate dry with flour into butter. Add carrots and 1/2 pecans. bake 35-40 moinutes until done. let cool.
