Steps
Sequence Step
1Blend butter and splenda brown sugar until fluffy.
2Add eggs and vanilla to butter mixture and mix well.
3Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and blend well.
4Add fat free sour cream and chopped apples. Mix very well and pour into 13x9 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
5For topping mix butter, oats, flour and splenda brown sugar together until crumbly. Sprinkle over cake.
6Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
