I got this recipe from a favorite aunt and updated it to make it healthier. The honeycrisp apples make it especially moist and give it a nice flavor

Blend butter and splenda brown sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla to butter mixture and mix well.

Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and blend well.

Add fat free sour cream and chopped apples. Mix very well and pour into 13x9 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

For topping mix butter, oats, flour and splenda brown sugar together until crumbly. Sprinkle over cake.

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
