Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3 8x4 loaf pans and set aside.

Combine flours, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl and set aside.

Combine pumpkin, oil, eggs and water in a bowl. Stir into dry ingredients until moist. Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 60 to 70 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
