Warm apple juice and pumpkin.

Add molasses, oil and yeast to mixing bowl.

Blend flours and salt

Mix on medium speed until gluten begins to form and add all but about 1 cup of flour.

Mix until a ball forms, cleaning the sides of the bowl as needed.

Sprinkle the remaining flour on clean counter and kneed until smooth, adding more flour as needed.

Let oil bowl, add dough and cover with damp cloth to rise for 1 hr.

Place dough back on floured counter, knead down and divide into 3-1# loaves.

Grease or oil small loaf pans to rise for 30 minutes

Bake at 370 degrees for 35 min.

Remove from pans to cool on rack. Oil or spray a light coating on tops.
