poundsBeef, ground, 90% lean meat / 10% fat, raw

cans (15 oz)black beans, canned, rinsed and drained

tablespoonsWilliams Chili seasoning (1 packet)

Sequence Step
1brown venison chunks and ground venison, drain.
2mix remaining ingredients in stockpot on stove. Bring to a low boil.
3add venison to pot
4reduce tempurature, simmer for at least 30 minutes, up to 1 1/2 hours.
5add black beans in last 15 minutes of cooking
