Saute garlic, onion, and celery until onion is translucent.
Cook spaghetti squash in the microwave until done.
Mix beef, salt and pepper to taste, garlic-onion-celery mixture.
Boil cabbage until leaves are loose and flexible.
Roll beef into the cabbage leaves.
Put into a casserole dish.
Cover with spaghetti sauce.
Cook at 375 to 35-45 minutes.
