Sprinkle salt and pepper on stew meat, then coat with flour and put in crock pot.

Chop potatoes, carrots, and green beans and add to pot

Add enough water until covered.

Add 2 tbls of beef base

Cook for 4 hours on high.

Mix cornstarch in water then stir into stew. Add remaining beef base.
