Lightly grease/Pam casserole dish

drain sauerkraut and put on bottom od dish

Then add 1/2 the rice, some of the onion and 1/2 meat,(seperated into small chunks) /

Repeat with remaining rice, onion and meat.

Pour tomato sauce and water over the top

salt and pepper to taste

backed covered at 350 degrees tunil it bubbles. Turn down to 225 for 1-1 1/2 hours
