Combine all ingredients, except preserves, in large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed unti mixture is crumbly. Reserve 2 cups of mixture.

Press remaining mixture onto bottom of greased 9x13 baking pan.

Spread preserves evenly over base; sprinkle with reserved mixture. bake for 25 to 30 minutes
