1Preheat oven to 350. Line two baking sheets with parchment. In a large bowl toss together oats, nuts and salt (we will add the raisins after baking). In a medium bowl whisk together oil, nut butter and honey. Pour oil mixture over the oat mixture and stir well. Make sure that all of the oat mixture is covered. Spread granola on the baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes, toss and stir the oats. Bake for another 10 minutes. Remove and stir. Repeat until mixture has cooked a total of 30 to 40 minutes and the oats are dark and golden. Allow to cool completely before stirring in the raisins and storing in an airtight container.
