1heat oven to 350 Grease loaf pans with unsalted shortening and dust with flour sift together flour, baking powder, bakingsoda, nutmeg cloves cinnamon and salt in medium bowl in large bowl place sugar, oil and eggs and stir until well blended. stir pumpkin into egg mixture gradually add sifted dry ingredients to egg mixture stirring well after each addition. fold nuts into batter. pour batter into pan and bake 1 hour and 15 to 20 minutes. coll on rack for 10 minutes and remove from pan. aloow to cool completely
