Steps
Sequence Step
1Add Lotus root, Lemon grass, garlic, chicken, green onions to boiling water. Simmer for 2 - 5 hours, lotus root will remain crunchy.
2Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
3Pour Soup over cooked Glass noodles at time of service.
