Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook wild rice until tender
2Combine everything except salmon and oil.
3Break salmon into large flakes and toss gently with rest of mixture. You want to preserve the shape of the salmon flakes rather than mashing it up.
4Saute in olive oil until crispy brown on outside and warm on the inside.
