Open bag and pour contents into a bowl. Locate bag of yeast and add to dry ingredients. Mix well and form a hole and add 1/4 cup of Olive oil and 1 1/2 cups of warm water. Mix into it form a small ball. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 10-12 minutes. Roll dough to form a loaf. You want the loaf to just touch end to end. Coat loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. Loosely cover pan with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for 1 1/2 hour or until double in size.
