Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
2In a medium mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder,baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
3In a large mixing bowl stir together egg whites, banana, splenda, and oil: Stir flour mixture into banana mixture until JUST moistened.
4Spray a 9x9x2 baking pan or an 8x4x2 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and spread batter into the pan.
5Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near middle comes out clean.
6Cool bread in the pan for 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool thoroughly on a wire rack.
7Will freeze in freezer safe bag for up to 3 months.
