Place small amount of marinara sauce in the bottom of a lightly oiled baking pan. (I use a 9x9 pan for this recipe.)Mash up Tofu and add Italian seasoning and crushing garlic clove to it and combine mixture. Arrange slices of grilled zucchini, sauce, tofu "ricotta" and cheese in layers like lasagna. Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
