Steps
Sequence Step
1Saute onions and garlic until translucent.
2Boil Water for Rice Noodles
3Add curry powder, ginger, other spices.
4Add cubed extra firm tofu, cook 5 mins on Medium Heat
5Add Raw Spinach, stir in and cook until volume decreases substantially.
6Add Juice of 1/2 Lemon.
7Add 1/4 cup water
8Add 3 tablespoons natural unsalted Peanut Butter, stir in until thoroughly mixed.
9Simmer until rice noodles are cooked
10Place sauce mixture over rice noodles, garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts if desired.
