Steps

1Mix cream cheese, onions, garlic, carrots, celery and pepper until well blended.
2Shape into 6 inch log.
3Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
4Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.
5Roll in parsley until evenly coated on all sides.
