1preheat 350, line 8in pan w. foil
2toast seeds, nuts, oats 10 min
3cool toasted completely
4combine germ, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon
5combine oil and sugar. stir in egg and vanilla
6stir in flour mix, stir in toasted and fruit completely
7pour in pan and cook 25-30 minutes
8remove and cool
9use foil to lift out of pan and cut into bars on cutting board
