Preheat oven to 365 degrees F. Lightly coat 8 X 8 X 2 inch pan with nonstick spray; set aside

Combine flour, salt and papper in medium bowl. Place buttermilk and corn flake crumbs in 2 separate bowls

Roll Chicken in in flour mixture and evenly coat each side. Next dip chicken into buttermilk and then corn flakes.

Place coated chicken breasts in prepared baking dish. B ake until chicken is tender and no longer pink, about 20 min - no need to flip during baking. - 1 breast per serving or 1/4 pound.
