Melt 1 tsp of butter in large non stick skillet over med heat, add onion and once soften add tomatoes. Cook until wilted. Add lime juice and transfer to bowl. Add remain 2 tsp of butter over medium-high heat. Sprinkle lemon pepper and salt on tilapia and fry 3 mins per side. Add the onion mixture to skillet and cook one minute more. Remove from heat and add Cilantro. Take mixture and put in center of tortilla. Top with Lettuce and Sour Cream.
