Melt Butter, allow to cool

Beat eggs and suger until well blended

Add in cooled butter

Add Vanilla and Anise

Sift in flour and baking powder

Mix well, mixutre will be thick

Using a pizzelle iron, place 1 tbsp of batter on each section. Press and hold until done (about 15 seconds)Slide off of iron and stack on cookie sheet.
Make about 60
