Brown ground beef over medium heat. Remove from soup pot and drain on paper towels. Drain excess fat from pan.

Add olive oil followed by chopped onions, carrots and celery (with leaves).

When veg is soft, add Worcestershire sauce to deglaze pan, followed by wine. Add in crushed tomatoes and return drained ground beef to pan.

Season with salt, Italian herb blend (1 T dry) and black pepper.

Add 80 ounces of beef stock (or water and bouillon). Bring to boil and cook for 30 minutes at low rolling boil.

Break spaghetti or linguine into spoon size pieces and add to pot. Cook for additional 15 minutes.
