Preheat oven to 425F. Combine flour, seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a gallon freezer bag. In a bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Coat wings in egg wash, then place in flour bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil; lay wings on sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with canola oil. Bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake an additional 20 minutes. Wings should be golden brown and crispy. Flash freeze, then freeze in gallon bags. To serve: Reheat in oven or in microwave until heated through. Or eat cold. :)
