Saute vegetables with garlic, until soft

Add Lentils and Rice to pan, with vegetables and broth.

Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Cook for 40 minutes, until rice and lentils are tender. If not tender,and liquid is depleted,add a little more broth and continue cooking.
