in a skillet soften onion in oil. add garlic and spices and cook for 1 minute. transfer to slow cooker and add with beans and stock.

cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs or on high for 4-5 hours.

add cauliflower, pepper, cheese, cream cheese. COver and cook on high for 30 min.
