Dice avocado, tomato, and onion. Add avocado, tomato, and 1/2 of diced onion in a bowl. Put lime juice on top and stir to blend flavors. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Add garlic and cook one minute more. Add hamburger and cook until completely browned.

Add cumin, chili powder, and water and cook for just a few minutes longer, until most of the water is evaporated.

Warm up refried beans in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring often.

In a bowl, place refried beans on the bottom. Add crushed tortilla chips. Then meat mixture. Then sour cream. Then avocado salad. Enjoy!
