Combine Rice, Nuts and Seeds (salt optional) into pot.

Add cold water and bring to boil (uncovered).

Reduce heat (remove from heat for half a minute if using electric stove while burner cools) and stir briefly.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 40ish minutes (do not stir).
