This is a single serving mix to be combined with water just before microwave cooking. My husband makes a bowlful early in the morning. I don't get up that early. This is my way to give him a healthy breakfast.

Select a 1/2C storage container with lid. I use Glad brand plastic oontainer. Measure ingredients directly into container. Be sure to put buttery spread in middle of other ingredients. When all ingredients are loaded, slightly compress with bottom of 1/3C measure and install lid. Store in refrigerator until use. To use: dump into microwaveable bowl that holds at least 1C. I use a flared Corelle cereal dish. Add water, stir to distribute flaxmeal. Do not cover. Microwave until rolling boil. For me this is 1-1/2 minutes. Now you may add fruit, etc. Wait until it cools a bit and enjoy.
