Ingredients

tablespoonsoy sauce, lite, (shoyu)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat nonstick wok or large pan until hot.
2Add chicken strips and cook until browned.
3Add broccoli and 1/4 c. of the water and cook until broccoli is crisp tender.
4Push chicken mixture to the edges of the pan. Combine 1/4 c of water, soy sauce, cornstarch and onion powder. Cook, stirring often, until thickened and bubbly (about 2 minutes).
5Stir in sauce with the rest of the ingredients in the wok and cook about 2 minutes more. Reduce heat.
6Stir in pineapple, cover and cook about 1 minute or until heated through.
