Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat pan with non-stick olive oil spray, saute chicken and onion 4-5 minutes.
2Remove chicken and cover to keep warm
3Add garlic to the pan and cook 2 minutes or until the onions begin to brown.
4Stir in chilies, spices, and broth and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
5Stir in the chicken and beans and simmer until tender.
6To serve, crush tortilla chips in the bottom of a bowl, add chili and top with cheese of choice.
