Sequence Step
1Puree cucumber and onion in a blender or food processor.
2Transfer to a bowl and add buttermilk, yogurt, sour cream, salt, dill weed and pepper. Stir well.
3Chill for 2-3 hours before serving. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill, if desired.
