1preheat oven to 250 degrees
2rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towel. sprinkle with salt and pepper
3in dutch oven, heat oil and add chicken to brown on both sides
4remove chicken and add veggies and cook a littel bit
5add chicken on top of veggies; cover with foil, and place lid on top
6put in oven and roast for 2 1/2-3 hours. Until chicken is cooked
