Ray Veggie Pizza

medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced

medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)green peppers, thinly sliced

medium (2-1/2" dia)sliced very thinly

canmushrooms sliced, canned, drained (4oz.)

can (2 oz)black olives, sliced, drained
Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oven to 400 F. To make crust mix flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk and oil until soft dough forms. On a lightly floured surface knead dough 10 times. Shape dough into a ball and cover with bowl; let stand for 10 minutes.
2Place dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Roll into 12-inch round. Bake 8 minutes.
3Mix tomato sauce and seasonings. Then spread on pizza crust.
4Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over crust then top with remaining ingredients. Bake 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese begins to brown.
