Heat oil on med-high heat. Cook salmon for 5 min each side or until done (flakes easily). Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm.

Add milk and cream cheese to skillet and cook until cheese is melted. Stir in cucumbers and dill.

Return salmon to skillet. Cook for 2 min or until heated through. Serve salmon with sauce over top.
