1 | Heat oven to 350 degrees |
2 | Grease bottom of bundt pan with canola oil spray |
3 | Mix Splenda and all wet ingredients in large mixing bowl |
4 | Add salt and baking soda to mixture and stir well |
5 | Add wheat flour and mix well |
6 | If desired you may add nuts of your choice |
7 | Pour into bundt pan and bake for 60 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean |
8 | Let cool for 5 minutes then remove from pan |
9 | You may slice and eat or wrap tightly in plastic wrap |
