Dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup lukewarm water. Combine next 4 ingredients with 1 quart boiling water in large bowl; mix well. Cool to lukewarm. Add dissolved yeast and half the flour; beat until smooth. Work in enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Turn onto floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place dough in grease bowl. Cover. Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk. Punch dough down. Shape into 8 loaves. Place in greased loaf pans. Cover. Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk. Bake in 400-degree oven for 1/2 hour or until bread tests done. Freezes well.
