cup (not packed)raisins, seedless

teaspoons unpackedbrown sugar
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook apple in butter in a pot to slightly soften, approx 5 min.
2Add water and raisens to the pot and bring to boil.
3In seperate bowl beat egg whites to frothy and stir oatmeal into egg white.
4When water boiling add oatmeal mixture to water. Reduce heat stir, cover and cook for 5 min.
5Spoon into bowls sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/2 cup milk if desired
