cream of mushroom soup

preheat oven to 400 deg.

sprinkle 1/2 cup dry stuffing on bottom of pan

Add 1 cup of hot water to the rest of the stuffing mix and blend until moistened - set aside

cut the chicken breast into bite size chunks and place on top of dry stuffing in the pan

mix soup (I used reduced fat cream of chicken), sour cream and vegetables; spoon over chicken

Top with the moistened stuffing
