1preheat oven to 400 deg.
2sprinkle 1/2 cup dry stuffing on bottom of pan
3Add 1 cup of hot water to the rest of the stuffing mix and blend until moistened - set aside
4cut the chicken breast into bite size chunks and place on top of dry stuffing in the pan
5mix soup (I used reduced fat cream of chicken), sour cream and vegetables; spoon over chicken
6Top with the moistened stuffing
7BAke 30 min. or until chicken is done
